Who provides the service

yourlongevity.bio is provided by Heaven Interactive Ltd. („Хевън Интерактив“ ООД), company no. 201565871, info@heaven-interactive.com. By using the site and the app you accept these terms.

What it is and what it is not

Not a medical device; educational estimates.

Estimates such as fitness age come from published research models and show a direction, not a medical conclusion. Lab markers are compared against your lab's reference range. For decisions about your health, talk to a doctor.

Adults only

The service is meant for people aged 18 and over.

Free version

The free version needs no account. Your data is kept only in your browser, so keeping a backup (export) is your responsibility.

Plus subscription

Plus costs €4.99 a month or €39 a year. The price is final; any tax due is included.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.

The sale goes through Link (Stripe), the merchant of record: it handles the payment, taxes, receipts, cancellation and refunds. The charge appears on your statement as LINK.COM* HEAVENINTERACTIVE.

After payment you get a license key. Keep it: it unlocks Plus on any device.

Cancelling

Cancel any time at app.link.com or in Settings → Plus → “Manage subscription”. Access continues to the end of the paid period.

14-day right of withdrawal

You have the 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, as Link applies it to the purchases it handles.

At checkout you tick that you want Plus to start immediately and understand that your right of withdrawal for the part of the service already supplied may be lost. We keep that tick as evidence of your request.

Refunds

Refunds go through Link. After a full refund or a payment dispute, Plus on that subscription ends.

Use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, do not bypass licensing and do not publish your key. A key used in breach of these terms may be ended.

Liability

We take care that the service works and is accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for health decisions made on the estimates alone. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Bulgarian and EU law.

Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. The mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live remain in force.
