Privacy Policy

Longevity (yourlongevity.bio) is built to collect no personal data at all. There are no accounts, no logins, and no server database. Everything you track stays on the device you use.

Where your data lives

Your profile, biomarkers, sleep, fasting, activity, supplements, and every other entry are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data is never transmitted to us or to any third party — there is no backend that could receive it.

What we do not do

• We do not run user accounts or ask you to sign in.
• We do not send your health data anywhere.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not sell or share data, because we never receive any.

Backups are your responsibility

Because the data is local, clearing your browser, switching devices, or using private mode will remove it. Use Settings → Data → Export to download a backup, and the Import option to restore it later.

Cookies

We store only the technical preferences needed for the app to function (such as your theme and language). No analytics or marketing cookies are set.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 16.
