Longevity is an educational and self-tracking tool. Biological-age estimates, longevity scores, biomarker ranges, protocols, supplement information, and research summaries are for general information only. They are not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about any health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, supplements, exercise, fasting, cold/heat exposure, or any health behaviour.

Your data & backups

All data is stored locally in your browser; there are no accounts and no cloud storage. You are responsible for backing up your data using the in-app export. We are not liable for data lost due to clearing your browser, device failure, or switching devices. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial health tracking.
• Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional medical care.
• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

Availability
