Questions about Plus
How do I cancel?
At app.link.com with the e-mail you paid with, or in Settings → Plus → “Manage subscription”. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
Who is the seller?
The sale goes through Link (Stripe), the merchant of record: it handles the payment, taxes, receipts, cancellation and refunds. The service is provided by Heaven Interactive Ltd. („Хевън Интерактив“ ООД).
Do I need an account?
No. After payment you get a license key. Keep it: it unlocks Plus on another device.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
The data on your device stays. The cloud copy is deleted 90 days after the subscription ends, or at once when you press “Delete cloud data”.
Is this a medical device?
No. The app gives educational estimates from research models, not medical conclusions.
