Sleep
How long and how well you sleep, over the last 7 days.
Fitness age · educational estimate
A 60-second educational estimate
Six short questions and you see your fitness age, from a published research model of Norway's HUNT Study. No sign-up. Your data stays on your device.
The helix
Every rung is one pillar of your habits. The better it goes, the brighter and thicker it glows. What you haven't measured stays frosted glass: an invitation, not a grade.
Illustration with sample values, not anyone's real data.
How long and how well you sleep, over the last 7 days.
Workouts, steps and zone-2 minutes across the week.
Resting heart rate and heart-rate variability (HRV), as you log them.
Protein, water and simple daily eating habits.
Sauna and cold: how often and for how long.
The supplements you already take. A tick only, no doses and no recommendations.
Your lab values against your lab's reference range.
Glowing ends
The ends glow with your streak of days following your protocol.
Orbiting particles
Your zone-2 minutes over the last 7 days, turned into light.
Breathing rhythm
Calmer and slower when your fitness age is below your calendar age.
Frosted glass
A pillar you haven't measured yet. One entry and it starts to glow.
How it works
Age, height, weight, waist, resting heart rate and how you move. If you don't know something, there is a "don't know" answer.
An educational estimate of your cardiorespiratory fitness, expressed as an age. Approximate inputs are clearly marked.
Sleep, workouts, sauna, lab results. The helix lights up pillar by pillar, and you see lab values against your lab's reference range.

Science
Fitness age is calculated with published, peer-reviewed research models. Here is exactly which ones, linked to the original papers.
A HUNT Study (Norway) model: cardiorespiratory capacity from age, waist, resting heart rate and an activity index.
Nes BM et al. Med Sci Sports Exerc. 2011;43(11):2024–2030
Open the paper (DOI)The age at which your estimated value is typical for healthy people of your sex. The BMI version of the model, used when you answer "don't know" for your waist, comes from here too; the result is then marked as approximate.
Nes BM et al. Med Sci Sports Exerc. 2014;46(6):1159–1165
Open the paper (DOI)Measured VO₂max in 3,816 healthy men and women aged 20–90 (HUNT3).
Loe H et al. PLoS One. 2013;8(5):e64319
Open the paper (DOI)Frequency, intensity and duration of exercise, scored as in the HUNT questionnaire.
Kurtze N et al. Scand J Public Health. 2008;36(1):52–61
Open the paper (DOI)The habit index is our own: transparent rules over a rolling week, where pillars you haven't measured never count as zero.

An educational estimate of your cardiorespiratory fitness, expressed as an age: the age at which your estimated VO₂peak is typical for healthy people of your sex. It is calculated with the model of Norway's HUNT Study.
No. The app is not a medical device and is not a substitute for a doctor. Results are educational estimates from published research models. For questions about your health, talk to a doctor.
The model explains about 60% of the differences in measured VO₂peak (R² 0.61 in men and 0.56 in women), so it is a guide, not a measurement. If you don't know your waist or resting heart rate, the result is marked as approximate.
In your device's browser. The free version does not send your health records to a server. You can download them as a file or delete them at any time from settings.
No. The test and the app work without an account and without an e-mail. An e-mail is only needed if you choose Plus, for the payment.
Each rung is one of seven pillars: sleep, activity, recovery, nutrition, sauna and cold, supplements and lab values. Brightness and thickness show how your habits are going, and frosted glass is a pillar you haven't measured yet.
Yes. You enter the values from your lab's report and see them against its reference range, over time. The app does not interpret results in place of your doctor.
